Solution Focused therapy sees clients as temporarily unable to overcome a life’s challenges because they have not yet found a way out to overcome them. Instead of focusing on pathology, solution focused therapy seeks out and builds on what is healthy and functioning a client’s life and focuses on the person’s strengths, abilities and other resources.
